Asit Sarkar 教授简介：
加拿大Saskatchewan大学商学院资深教授，校长特别顾问。具有30多年管理学科的教学和科研经历，在中小企业技术管理、科技产业化、知识管理等领域多有建树。
Dr. Asit Sarkar is Professor of Management and Marketing at the University of Saskatchewan. Spanning a career of over thirty years, Dr. Sarkar held a variety of
academic and administrative appointments at the University of Saskatchewan and
other institutions in Canada and abroad. From1993 to 2002, Dr. Sarkar served as the first Director of University of Saskatchewan International (USI) and Special Adviser to the President of University of Saskatchewan. Prior to that, he was Associate Dean of University’s College of Commerce, first Director of the Centre for International Business Studies, and Head of the Department of Management and Marketing. He also held visiting faculty appointments in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Dr. Asit Sarkar has served as a specialist on capacity building and institutional development in a variety of international projects in such countries as Bulgaria, China, Indonesia, Kyrgyz Republic, Philippines, Russia and Ukraine. He also led export development missions of MBA students and their corporate sponsors to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, South Korea and Taiwan.
His current research interests include comparative analysis of technology commercialization process and its implications for regional economies. Continuing his focus on the knowledge economy, also includes knowledge mobilization and knowledge sharing in social sciences and humanities.
